Job summary

The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week. A BA degree or paralegal certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA degree or paralegal certificate or 5+ years of U.S. patent prosecution experience.
• Familiarity with USPTO rules and electronic filing; IPFolio, Memotech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains patent files and prepares filing documents.
• Reviews PTO and foreign correspondence for docketing.
• Maintains and updates docketing log; communicates with attorneys and clients.
• Prosecutes patent applications in the U.S. and foreign countries.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
