Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in U.S. patent prosecution.
• Familiarity with USPTO rules and electronic filing.
• BS/BA or paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains patent files and docketing.
• Prepares filings including applications, amendments, IDS, and assignments.
• Reviews PTO correspondence for docketing accuracy.
• Maintains client portfolios and communicates with attorneys and clients.
• Updates docketing log and handles office tasks as assigned.
• Interacts with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates.
