Qualified candidates have 3+ years in patent prosecution, an engineering degree, and active USPTO registration. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits, PTO, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on patent prosecution experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Active USPTO registration as a Patent Agent.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications across technologies.
• Prepare responses to office actions and examiner interviews.
• Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop prosecution strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
