Responsibilities

• Meeting with inventors and drafting patent applications for filing in the USPTO.
• Prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO, including interviewing Examiners.
• Collaborating with clients and attorneys to develop claim strategies.
• Managing a docket of cases across a blend of clients.
• Assisting with drafting noninfringement and invalidity opinions.
