Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in patch management, infrastructure operations, or security engineering with enterprise scope.
• Deep understanding of patch management and experience with WSUS and SCCM.
• Audits, assessments, and automated patch management in regulated environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise patch management strategy, standards, and schedules.
• Architect and optimize large-scale patching using WSUS, SCCM, or equivalent.
• Lead response to critical and zero-day vulnerabilities with rapid coordination.
• Manage patch exceptions, risk acceptances, and noncompliance reporting.
• Collaborate with vulnerability management, security operations, and IT teams.
• Design automation, scripting, and baselines to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Publish executive-level metrics on patch compliance and remediation.
