Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of patch management/infrastructure operations/security engineering with progressive ownership.
• Deep understanding of patch management principles with WSUS and SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise patch management strategy, standards, and schedules.
• Architect and optimize patching solutions using WSUS, SCCM, or equivalents.
• Lead response to critical and zero-day vulnerabilities with rapid assessment and accelerated rollouts.
• Establish and manage patch exception and mitigation processes; report noncompliance.
• Partner with vulnerability management, security operations, and network/server teams for integration of scans and threat intel.
• Design automation and baselines to reduce manual effort and improve patch success.
• Develop executive-level metrics and dashboards on patch compliance and timelines.
