Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks a Patch Management Specialist, Junior to support the patch lifecycle for desktops, laptops, and remote endpoints. You will help identify required patches, test, deploy updates, and monitor status to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure policy compliance.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity staff, assist with automated workflows, and maintain patch baselines and SOPs to support repeatable operations in a secure enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–3 years of related experience in systems administration, IT support, or cybersecurity in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of patch management concepts and familiarity with tools like WSUS/SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, test, and deploy OS and application updates across enterprise endpoints.
• Coordinate routine and emergency patch cycles including testing and maintenance windows.
• Monitor patch compliance reports and remediate non‑compliant systems with senior admins.
