RCC has been serving God and the community of Lima, Ohio, since 1897. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to ministry and knowledge of the Bible. Key Responsibilities

1. Preaching, Teaching, Pastoral Care, and Leadership
2. Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation, fostering a culture of faith, love, and service
3. Plan and collaborate with the worship team for special services such as Christmas Eve and Good Friday programs
4. Encourage spiritual growth and discipleship
5. Work with church leadership to execute the vision and strategic plan for the church’s growth and leadership development
6. Administer the daily operations of the Church and supervise staff members to support the needs of the congregation
7. Perform other pastoral duties, such as weddings, funerals, and counseling

Qualifications

1. Have a servant leader mindset and a shepherd’s heart
2. Be an immersed believer
3. Preferred Educational Requirement: graduate of a Restoration Movement Bible College/Seminary
4. Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to all generations
5. Meet the qualifications of an Elder as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:7-9
6. Ability to manage time and resources
