Job summary

Prairie Bible Church in the United States is seeking a pastor to lead worship services, preach, and oversee midweek Bible studies and prayer. The minister will participate in Vacation Bible School (not director) and lead a Discipleship class including Baptism.

The role includes serving on church committees, mentoring Youth Group sponsors, visiting elderly and crisis cases, officiating funerals and weddings, and handling standard administrative tasks with the church secretary’s support.

• Pastor is a member of various commitees at church
• Advise and assist Youth Group Sponsors
• Visit members of the congregation, with emphasis on older, hospital, and crisis times
• Officiate Funerals.
• Participate in all weddings at our church in accordance with the church constitution and adhere to church policy regarding weddings.
• Handle administrative duties, process mail, keep track of church calender. We do have a church secretary to help.
