Qualifications

• 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in immigration/nationality law.
• Experience resolving highly complex citizenship cases.
• Experience drafting and reviewing agency correspondence on complex cases.
• Ability to supervise staff and assign work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adjudication supervisors and passport application review.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of work of section personnel.
• Devise and implement internal controls to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
