Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of pricing, financial analysis, data analytics, or related experience.
• Experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck industry preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; BI tools and ERP systems experience.

Aufgaben

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage and develop pricing team for updates and data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain parts pricing models to optimize margin and competitiveness.
• Ensure accuracy of online customer pricing systems and internal pricing structures.
• Analyze cost structures, supplier pricing, and competitive data to recommend pricing strategies.
• Partner with IT to enhance reporting capabilities and data access.
• Support Parts Department with pricing guidance aligned to margin and market objectives.
• Monitor pricing reports, margin performance, and sales trends for opportunities.
• Identify underperforming products, margin leakage, and pricing optimization opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, reporting, and analysis for leadership review and decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations for consistent pricing execution.
• Provide training on pricing strategies and updates.
