Job summary

Kane Selection Ltd., a fast-growing construction tech company, seeks a Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist in the Aledo, TX area. You will own forecasting, ordering, and inventory management for a growing rental fleet, driving local purchasing to cut costs and shorten delivery cycles.

You’ll work with NetSuite and partner with finance, warehousing, and field ops to keep machines fit-for-service and revenue flowing.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years' experience in spare parts operations.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end spare parts workflows: forecasting, ordering, PO lifecycles, inbound/outbound logistics, local sourcing, price negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with inventory coordination, materials management, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong cross-team communication and ability to align operations, finance, and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, ordering, inventory management through to fulfilment.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers for quality and pricing.
• Drive local purchasing of spare parts and consumables to improve cost efficiency and delivery times.
• Forecast material requirements with warehouse and field teams; streamline replenishment.
• Manage purchasing workflows and inventory data in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with finance on monthly reporting and inventory reconciliation.
• Build scalable processes as fleet and U.S. operation grow.
