Sr. Partnerships Operations Associate

Reports to: VP Solutions Architect

Job Overview: Lantern is looking for a Senior Partnerships Operations & Strategy Associate to join our growing team at a pivotal time in the company’s evolution, as we prepare to launch new national health plan partnerships and other key health plan and ecosystem partnerships.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools, etc.) to track and monitor the Health Plan and Partnerships team performance, and to identify and prioritize new growth opportunities
  • Build financial models and business cases for new capabilities that support Lantern’s health plan and partnership growth strategy
  • Inform leadership perspectives on opportunities and threats through continuous market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation & prioritization
  • As the team’s analytics subject matter expert, partner with the VP, Solutions Architecture and Lantern’s Strategy and Analytics team to establish, improve, and standardize processes and analyses needed to support health plan and partnership deals
  • Craft and develop high-quality executive presentations and materials supporting Lantern’s health plan partnership development initiatives and team meetings
  • Support annual planning, facilitating cross-functional alignment, resource allocation, and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
  • Experience working in healthcare, preferably in a fast-paced/high growth environment
  • Outstanding PowerPoint presentation development skills
  • Best-in-class Excel skills and extensive experience developing financial models, quantitative analyses, and data visualization
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations in Salesforce.com and PowerBI
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail

Strong Candidates Will:

  • Have experience working at a top-tier management/strategy consulting firm
  • Have experience with advanced analytical modeling
