About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate, reporting to our Manager, Business Development Operations. Currently, we are only hiring candidates based in the United States.
This role involves managing and optimizing marketing databases, integrating marketing technology, and enhancing data-driven decision-making to improve marketing performance. We seek an innovative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular data audits to ensure database accuracy
- Overseeing platform integration and data syncing
- Enforcing data governance policies compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM
- Identifying workflow bottlenecks and suggesting automation improvements
- Developing SOPs and training materials for marketing operations
- Collaborating with teams to maintain data quality across initiatives
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo
- Analytical skills and understanding of data governance
- Creative problem-solving abilities
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range is $68,000–$102,000 USD, with eligibility for equity and additional compensation depending on the role and location. Benefits include remote work, team offsites, flexible time off, parental leave, retirement contributions, reimbursements, and professional development allowances.
Locations
We hire exclusively in specific US states, Hong Kong, and the UK, with some roles requiring specific location needs.
Travel
Occasional travel, typically twice a year, is required for team offsites and collaboration.
