Role Overview

We are relaunching Fortrea Patient Access as Neovance, a leader in HUB services and patient access solutions for over 30 years. Supporting over 2.5 million patients and 100+ brands across various disease indications, we aim to improve healthcare accessibility and patient outcomes.

This role focuses on data visualization, process automation, and strategic analysis to enhance operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize KPIs and metrics.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and create tailored visualizations.
3. Process Automation: Use Power Automate to automate tasks and workflows, improving efficiency.
4. Identify and lead automation initiatives to optimize processes.
5. Strategic Analysis: Analyze patient data, operational processes, and market trends to support strategic planning.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to develop analytical solutions for business challenges.
7. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security; document sources and processes.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Engage with clinical, operational, and IT teams; present findings to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in business intelligence or data analysis, with expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Proven skills in data visualization and complex data interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare data familiarity is a plus.
