Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, communications, marketing, education or related field.
• 5-8 years of business development or sales experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with CRM systems and full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand strategic Retail Training partners through lifecycle.
• Define market expansion strategy across Retail Training markets.
• Drive retailer engagement, adoption, and sponsorship for NRF Foundation Retail Training.
• Develop and execute national, regional, and sector partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership strategy with organizational goals.
• Represent NRF Foundation at conferences and events.
