Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development in San Francisco to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth across our B2B initiatives. You will leverage your industry network, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to close complex deals with major tech and consumer partners.

The role requires 7+ years in business development or related fields, with strong experience in negotiating agreements and partnering with product, legal, marketing, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, B2B partnerships, product and platform partnerships, and/or partnership GTM management.
• Experience partnering with legal teams to negotiate and contract agreements.
• Understanding Twitch’s products and business model.
• Ability to develop recommendations in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and close high-impact partnership agreements with diverse companies.
• Lead multiple engagements across business categories from sourcing to go-to-market, including financial modeling and legal reviews.
• Explore growth opportunities with business cases, sizing, and financial projections.
• Build external partner relationships by aligning goals and strategy on both sides.
• Articulate product vision to internal and external partners and provide data-driven insights.
