Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Contracts Manager to support commercial and IP agreements, ensuring smooth collaboration within their legal team. This role is vital for drafting and negotiating various agreements, providing legal counsel, and coordinating with multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial transactions, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and analytical skills. The position is available in San Francisco, LA, or Seattle.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space.
• Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, and other transactions.
• Counsel teams on legal and business issues.
• Coordinate with diverse partners including legal, marketing, and finance.
