The role emphasizes clear, actionable content with strong storytelling skills and the ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of K-12 leadership experience, with direct involvement in instructional leadership or school transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years of professional experience writing for an education audience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-impact educational resources across blogs, whitepapers, videos, podcasts, and social content.
• Interview clients and translate experiences into clear stories for district leaders.
• Create web and landing page content that demonstrates value to education decision-makers.
• Translate research and product updates into audience-suitable content for leaders.
• Maintain tone and depth suitable for a building principal to a superintendent.
