About the Role:
Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated partner or group of partners. Develops partner relationships and a deep understanding of partner business, using Pathward and industry knowledge to collaborate and drive growth and retention efforts. This individual must create an environment where 100% responsibility and accountability is taken by every member of the Partner-specific teams on behalf of assigned Partners. This includes P&L responsibilities, strategy development, managing the Partner relationships, working collaboratively with product management, operations, IT, legal, compliance, risk, finance and other relevant cross-functional partners, holding them accountable for their support of market growth, quality assurance, and overall success of the Partner relationships.

Salary range: $69,098.54 – $127,614.10
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
