About the Role:

Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated partner or group of partners. Develops partner relationships and a deep understanding of partner business, using Pathward and industry knowledge to collaborate and drive growth and retention efforts. This individual must create an environment where 100% responsibility and accountability is taken by every member of the Partner-specific teams on behalf of assigned Partners. This includes P&L responsibilities, strategy development, managing the Partner relationships, working collaboratively with product management, operations, IT, legal, compliance, risk, finance and other relevant cross-functional partners, holding them accountable for their support of market growth, quality assurance, and overall success of the Partner relationships.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop the individual Partner relationships and ensure goals, strategies, and objectives are in place to support the execution of all Partner and Pathward plans.
  • Create Partner-specific strategic account plans which align with overall revenue/gross margin and Pathward corporate strategy goals.
  • Champion partner’s business development initiatives within Pathward.
  • Identify and drive new product opportunities within Pathward, with and for Partner.
  • Monitor and assess trends, problem areas, and understand Partner’s unique needs, providing them with feedback on Pathward's performance and theirs, keeping them current in all facets of Pathward’s business and keeping lines of communication with Partners open at all times.
  • Have a deep understanding of Pathward strategy, policies, products, systems and processes and work within these to further growth and development of Partner business with Pathward. Appropriately challenge these standards when necessary to further the growth and development of Partner business.
  • Have a deep understanding of all Partner’s business, key decision makers and influencers, trends in the industry, as well as their competition. Consult regularly with Partner on these topics.
  • Hold regular face-to-face meetings with senior level executives to continue to build relationships, strategize about objectives and ensure alignment between Partner and Pathward.
  • Be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and respond appropriately to ensure Pathward support groups respond and react accordingly.
  • Align partner needs with internal solutions. Appropriately challenge the status quo to ensure Pathward continues to develop solutions to ensure retention and enable growth of Partner business with Pathward.
  • Have an intimate knowledge of Partner agreements, programs, pricing strategies, marketing approaches and provide accurate and timely reporting of information.
  • Engage Pathward senior management across the organization as appropriate to assist with reaching partner objectives and account plans.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes, customers, and experience in own discipline.
  • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Build productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Receive a moderate level of instruction and guidance for routine work. May receive more detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Typically, 3+ years with a bachelor's or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.

Salary range: $69,098.54 – $127,614.10

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
