We’re looking for a Payments Migration Specialist (Contract) to guide customers as they transition from independent sales organizations (ISOs) and third-party gateways to a fully integrated payments solution built into our industry-leading vertical SaaS platform.

You’ll be the go-to expert—owning the migration process, building trusted client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, tech-forward experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy payment providers to our integrated SaaS solution
• Work directly with clients to understand existing systems, map out migration plans, and minimize disruption
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the migration process
• Analyze merchant statements and create cost-neutral proposals that support both client and company goals
• Partner with internal teams—product, engineering, and customer success—to ensure aligned execution

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in payments, SaaS, or merchant services—especially with ISOs and gateways
• Strong understanding of payment processors, merchant accounts, and statement analysis
• Clear, customer-focused communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical info
