Job summary

Pearson seeks an Advanced Specialist in Partnership Management to lead development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs for clients. Hybrid remote/office work with responsibilities across design, implementation, and client engagement.

The role requires advanced graduate education in policy/measurement and 3+ years in educational testing, with strong communication and project leadership skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing projects, preferably in certification/licensing.
• Professional experience managing and supporting project & program contracts.
• 3 years of experience in the educational testing and assessment industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of large-scale assessment activities for programs.
• Oversee development, administration, and scoring components of assessments.
• Provide regular program status updates and leadership to project teams.
• Ensure quality control across products, processes, and activities.
• Manage work plans, schedules, and client-facing deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and align with Pearson goals and contracts.
