Job summary

Pearson seeks an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead the development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs. The role collaborates with internal teams and clients to align products with program needs and contractual requirements.

Hybrid role supporting remote and office work, reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management; requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a track record in assessment programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement in education or related field.
• Experience in management in large-scale testing, preferably in certification/licensing.
• Experience managing and supporting project and program contracts.
• 3 years in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Ability to organize workloads and handle complex situations independently.
• Strong analytic capability and knowledge of education policies and programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports program development with the Lead, Partnership Management to ensure timely deliverables.
• Manages components of large-scale assessment activities: development, administration, scoring.
• Maintains client relationships and aligns program activities with contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Provides status updates and ensures quality control across products and services.
• Represents client and corporate perspectives in decision-making for proposals and SOWs.
