Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead large-scale assessment programs. You will design and administer tests, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet contract goals.

Hybrid role in our Go-to-Market division, reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management. Candidates should have advanced degrees in policy or measurement and proven program management experience in education assessment.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs, preferably in certification/licensing.
• Proven experience managing contracts and projects in education assessment.
• 3 years in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and handle complex situations independently.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and drive to deliver with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytic capability and knowledge of education policies and programs.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages components of large-scale assessment activities.
• Develops and maintains client relationships with state education agencies and partners.
• Oversees work plans, schedules, and contract deliverables.
• Ensures quality control for products and processes.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to meet program needs.
• Advises clients and stakeholders to bring new products to market.
