Job summary

The role supports design, development, and evaluation of assessments, with hybrid remote/office work.

The position emphasizes relationship management, program leadership, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while aligning with contracts, budgets, and client needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy/assess/measurement required or preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale testing and related contracts.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff activities and project management.
• Knowledge of education policies and programs.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for partnership management across programs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with state education agencies and partners.
• Ensure programs meet Pearson goals, contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Advise clients on market needs and bring new products to market.
• Oversee development of work plans and quality control across activities.
• Support proposals, contract amendments, and statements of work as needed.
