Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive engagement and success across R&D, Sales, Support, and Operations. You will lead training programs, certifications, and scalable communications to maximize platform value.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, enable user onboarding, and optimize processes for NPI, software delivery, and customer incidents, leveraging data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Product Operations, Program Management, Technical Marketing, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end B2B software customer journey, touchpoints, and key drivers & constraints.
• Understanding of enterprise B2B software business from new product introduction to order fulfillment to support & maintenance.
• Proven ability to define metrics, make data-driven decisions, and build narratives with data.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Sales, Support, Business Operations, Order Fulfillment, Finance, Legal, and other partner organizations.
• Serve as a consultative expert and strategic advisor for CSED platforms, capabilities, policies, and best practices.
• Represent CSED in cross-functional strategic initiatives and develop training programs, workshops, webinars, and office hours.
• Drive platform adoption, organize programs, track progress, and manage dependencies; own communications on roadmap updates and release notes.
