Job summary

Unity Technologies in North America is seeking a Senior Client Partner for its Real Money Games division to own relationships with land-based and iGaming studios, selling editor licenses and professional services in a hybrid account-management role.

You will lead end-to-end deals, build strategic plans, grow an existing book, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner Engineering to shape future RMG solutions for a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• Experience with slot development studios in the RMG/gambling space.
• Proven track record of pitching, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
• Knowledge of compliance and licensing rules across regions.
• Ability to navigate multi-part deals spanning several business units.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow direct revenue across Mid-Market and Enterprise RMG studios in North America.
• Build on and expand relationships within an existing book of business.
• Act as the senior commercial relationship owner with C-level, Director, and Procurement decision makers.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans and build pipeline across studios.
• Own end-to-end sales cycles from first outreach through close.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Partner Engineering to shape future RMG solutions.
