Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Sr Manager, Partner Programs to build and scale programs, infrastructure, and operating models across SIs, GSIs, ISV co-sell, and product partners.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will design shared systems, journeys, and enablement that let partner teams focus on strategy and growth rather than rebuilding infra.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships or GTM roles in SaaS.
• Experience building and scaling partner programs.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems.
• Experience with PRM systems or marketplaces.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable programs.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Data-driven with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Partner Journey Framework from Acquisition to Activation.
• Lead partner onboarding, training, and certification.
• Establish governance, tiering, KPIs.
• Design repeatable GTM plays for co-sell.
• Run partner communications and community events.
• Use data to evolve programs.
• Translate strategy into programs and roadmaps.
