Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Services Consultant to lead end-to-end technical delivery for customers, from requirements to go-live, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with business goals.

You will design and configure services in customer AWS accounts, using Amazon Connect and related AWS services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support development, testing, and go-live phases.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role.
Experience with Amazon Connect is required.
Hands-on experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions.
Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
Experience building integrations across contact center solutions.
Strong programming skills with Python and AWS Lambda.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery from requirements gathering to go-live.
Design, configure, and document solutions in customer AWS accounts.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engagement Managers, and Technical Architects.
Provide technical training, handovers, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Maintain regular project status updates with stakeholders.
