Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing & business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rocket Travel's largest partnerships in the Americas with day-to-day management, goals and strategy.
• Set partner goals and influence internal/external teams to take on new initiatives.
• Prepare partner reviews and marketing collateral for existing and new partners.
• Manage the partner marketing calendar and brief stakeholders on campaigns.
• Serve as first point of escalation for partner issues with customers or platforms.
• Benchmark competitive landscape to keep products best-in-class and identify new features.
• Support finance with billing reconciliation to ensure accurate partner billing.
• Recommend future campaigns and placements to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with marketers and designers to improve marketing and product efforts.
• Lead A/B testing to drive conversion and repeat behavior across regions.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and variable engagement lengths.
• Be resourceful in a small team and take ownership of undefined projects.
