Guidehouse Inc. seeks a Partner, Managed Care Advisory to lead revenue enhancement and strategic repositioning for healthcare clients, overseeing analytics, contract negotiations, and successful program delivery across multiple engagements.

As a senior leader, you will originate and close opportunities, develop a book of business, and mentor consultants while shaping high-impact revenue cycle strategies, price transparency analytics, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Proven ability to originate and close multi-million dollar opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle optimization and payer negotiations.

Mansioni

• Drive revenue enhancement, risk mitigation, and strategic repositioning for healthcare clients.
• Manage the full managed care contracting cycle, including analytics, strategy, negotiations, and post-contract implementation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive managed care solutions, including commercial rate benchmarking, payer price transparency analytics, and contract negotiations.
• Lead business development of advisory pursuits within the territory/market, originating opportunities and expanding engagements.
• Lead advisory and delivery teams on high-impact revenue cycle transformation client engagements across multiple engagements.
• Build a book of business through senior client relationship management and delivery of growth initiatives.
• Manage teams of consultants and advisory personnel to cover key accounts.
• Responsible for contract growth and capturing new opportunities that land and expand revenue cycle programs.
• Manage transaction deal sizes ranging from $500K to multi-million dollars annually with pull through to managed services.
