Job summary

UKG is seeking a Partner Manager to grow and strengthen relationships with strategic SI partners, managing a diverse portfolio to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You will coordinate go-to-market activities with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement and Services, and you’ll build partner business plans, support enablement, and track outcomes to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of partner management, business development, sales, alliances, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting co-selling, partner-led pipeline, or joint go-to-market activities.
• Experience managing relationships with SI, consulting, technology, or channel partners.
• Experience creating business plans, tracking deliverables, and communicating progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned SI partners to support pipeline and revenue.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market activities with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement.
• Create and maintain partner business plans, including enablement and revenue objectives.
• Track partner activities, milestones and outcomes; provide regular updates and improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales and partner stakeholders to execute partner-created and co-sell opportunities.
• Support governance, marketing, and market activities aligned to UKG priorities and partner capabilities.
• Coordinate enablement workshops, product briefings, and industry sessions for partner engagement.
• Deliver or coordinate partner enablement sessions and share outcomes with Global Partner Ecosystem.
• Develop partner-facing materials and support participation in partner marketplace and events.
• Facilitate operating reviews and relationship meetings; identify opportunities to enhance collaboration.
