Staff Boom is seeking a Manager, Partner Experience to lead a cross-functional team and drive exceptional partner service in the insurance sector. You will own partner relationships, onboarding programs, workflow enablement, and hands-on operational support to ensure contract commitments and SLAs are met.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and proactive problem solving to elevate partner satisfaction and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the insurance industry with client services or carrier/agency exposure.
• 2+ years in people leadership managing operational teams.
• Experience handling client relationships and escalations in service delivery.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of supervisors and 30 partner-facing staff.
• Oversee partner relationship management, onboarding and engagement.
• Drive SLA-aligned service delivery and process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions with teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and Technology.
• Provide strategic insights on partner trends and risks to leadership.
