Job summary

Devoted Health seeks a Senior Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across agency onboarding, compliance analysis, and partnership enhancements. This operator role requires scoping ambiguous problems, building plans, and aligning stakeholders without direct authority, delivering scalable workflows.

You will support multiple workstreams, partnering with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships to identify pain points and translate them into structured projects with clear timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medicare Advantage or health insurance operations.
• 5–7+ years in project management, operations, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of projects spanning onboarding, compliance, and partnerships.
• Scope, plan, and lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
• Design scalable processes that flex across onboarding, compliance, and partnerships.
• Partner with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships leadership to identify operational pain points.
• Conduct compliance-related analysis supporting onboarding and partner management.
• Track project status, risks, and outcomes in JIRA and Looker.
