Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Partner to sell digital and omni‑channel marketing solutions within the Food ecosystem. You will build executive relationships, craft strategy, and close large opportunities with Fortune 500 marketers and agencies. The role reports to a Team Lead and requires a proven consultative selling approach.

You’ll drive revenue through strategic account planning, RFP responses, and cross‑functional collaboration, while leveraging Walmart Connect’s product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
• Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, or online sales.
• 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
• 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
• 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and broaden high‑level collaborative relationships with contacts who manage multiple budgets.
• Create and present needs‑based solutions and high‑quality opportunities to RFPs.
• Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to team goals.
• Develop and actively manage short and long‑term account plans.
• Structure and execute initiatives to Walmart Connect’s success with digitally focused businesses.
• Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executives.
• Collaborate with measurement partners to learn impact of Walmart Connect solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities and resources.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations using market trends and Walmart Connect solutions.
• Present Walmart Connect to CEOs and CMOs at Walmart and suppliers.
