Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Delivery Success Manager to own and scale strategic relationships with our global SI, consulting, and implementation partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver transformative AI and customer experience solutions for enterprise customers.

This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of partnerships, enterprise delivery, and AI transformation, guiding partners to build scalable Parloa practices and achieve measurable customer outcomes across diverse

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, professional services, or strategic delivery roles.
Experience working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or enterprise delivery organizations.
Strong communication and executive presence for partnering with leadership.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of strategic Parloa partners, driving partner maturity and successful customer delivery outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with partner executives, practice leads, delivery managers, and customer stakeholders.
Act as strategic advisor on building and scaling Parloa services practices, including delivery methodologies and go-to-market motions.
