Job summary

Workday is seeking a Partner Enterprise Architect (Principal/Senior) to lead technical strategy for AI-powered platform integration with Global System Integrators. You will shape reference architectures, governance patterns, and partner readiness, ensuring architecture alignment and credible CTO-level narratives.

You will translate complex Workday architecture into clear messaging, build scalable patterns, and collaborate across GPO, Solution Consulting, and product teams to advance joint

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software solution consulting, architecture, or hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture, security, and integration standards.
• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs).
• Demonstrated domain expertise in platform architecture and AI/ML integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for Workday AI platform and integration.
• Design reference architectures and ensure partner alignment.
• Provide technical sessions and deep-dives for partner teams.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Partner Architect on large deals.
• Represent Workday at joint events with partners.
