Job summary

Loud And Live, based in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Coordinator of Partnerships to support partner activations and deliverables for live events. The role involves client services, project management, and post-event reporting to maximize partner value.

The position is onsite at our Doral office, requiring occasional evenings and weekends for events. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in events/brand partnerships and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in events, brand partnerships and client services.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of brand partnerships and partner relationships, focusing on client retention and renewal.
• Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure commitments are met.
• Assist in creating and editing proposals and event recap reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support activations and asset delivery.
• Identify ways to optimize partnership management, activations, and deliverables.
• Support on-site during events to ensure deliverables are executed as promised.
• Help capture content and data for partner recap reports.
• Assist with hospitality and day-of-event logistics.
