Job summary

The Lincoln County Community Justice Department seeks a Senior Parole & Probation Officer in the Probation division. You will assist with TIDES house duties, supervise Work Crew Foremen, and coordinate staff scheduling, while assisting Parole and Probation Officers with electronic detention management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or professional certification in behavioral sciences.
• Two to three years in criminal justice, behavioral health, or social services.
• Oregon Driver's License required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transition Center intake and orientation for residents.
• Check in with residents daily to coordinate plans.
• Lead classes at a TIDES house for residents and supervising adults.
• Coordinate with Parole and Probation Officers regarding residents.
• Manage AOS treatment plans and programming for participants.
• Interview AOS and refer to resources and treatment programs.
• Monitor and track client medications as prescribed.
• Maintain security, order and center schedule; supervise Work Crew Foremen.
• Develop and prioritize work plans for crew; maintain staff schedules.
