Job summary

The Lincoln County Community Justice Department is seeking a Senior Parole & Probation Officer in the Probation division. This role supports TIDES house duties, supervises Work Crew Foremen, and helps coordinate staff scheduling for electronic detention management.

Hourly pay ranges from $32.24 to $42.05 with consideration of education and experience per Oregon Pay Equity laws. Lincoln County offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision,11% 401(k) contribution, and

Qualifications

• Associates degree or professional certification in behavioral sciences.
• 2–3 years in criminal justice, behavioral health, or social services.
• Oregon Driver's License required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Intake and orientation of new residents at transition center.
• Lead classes at a TIDES house for residents and adults on supervision (AOS).
• Coordinate with POs regarding residents.
• Interview AOS and provide referrals to resources and treatment programs.
• Assist POs with monitoring and tracking client medication as prescribed.
• Develop plans and prioritize jobs for the work crew to complete.
• Provide supervision of Work Crew Foremen as needed.
• Maintain schedule for work crew staff, in consideration of scheduled jobs.
