Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Parking & Security Operations Manager for the Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. Lead parking, security, and event safety operations, manage staff, and partner with event teams to ensure safe, welcoming guest experiences.

This on-site role requires scheduling, safety policy development, coordination with local agencies, and strong leadership to drive operational excellence during conferences, trade shows, and live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years in security or venue operations.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in live entertainment or hospitality preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parking and security operations across the Mesa Convention Center.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deployment for events.
• Collaborate with Event Management and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security and safety policies; maintain Emergency Operations Plan.
• Lead staff training and development and manage incident response.
