Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at our primary commercial garage.
• Act as the main point of contact to Property Manager and Tenants.
• Prepare revenue reporting daily, monthly and yearly.
• Inspect facilities with emphasis on safety and service.
• Develop plans to increase customer service.
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposits.
• Respond to problems and complaints from clients.
