Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial duties for garages and surface lots. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, ensure cleanliness, and interface with customers, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work unsupervised. Shifts run 6am-2:30pm in an Atlanta, GA location, with paid onsite training and uniform provided as part of a full-time staff package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily.
• Perform general maintenance: sweeping, cleanup, painting, bulbs.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate maintenance equipment as needed.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and communicate across teams.
