Texas Parks and Wildlife Department invites applications for a senior Park/Historic Site Superintendent III at Martin Creek Lake State Park in Tatum, TX. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of experience in natural/cultural resource management, interpretation/education, maintenance, public safety, or related fields.
• Two years of experience as a supervisor or team leader.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Experience substitutions may apply for TPWD hires prior to 1998.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in park operations; personnel development; community outreach and partnerships; resource management.
• Knowledge of park administration, personnel management, and revenue accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead highly complex park/historic site management, including resource stewardship and budget monitoring.
• Oversee public safety programs, facilities maintenance, customer service, interpretation, and events.
• Develop and manage program budgets; coordinate revenue and financial controls.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop park staff; foster teamwork.
• Coordinate partnerships, volunteers, and external agencies; promote partnerships.
