Nationwide is seeking a Sr Paralegal - Trial Division to perform complex legal tasks with minimal supervision and support a trial attorney or managing attorney.

Responsibilities include pre-trial coordination, discovery, drafting motions, subpoenas, and witness preparation. Four years paralegal experience and civil litigation knowledge preferred; strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review office files and correspondence; conduct legal research and case progression.
• Draft discovery requests, pleadings, motions and subpoenas for attorney review.
• Coordinate pre-trial and trial activities; prep witnesses and experts as needed.
• Summarize depositions and medical records; maintain organized files.
