Qualifications

• Significant litigation paralegal experience with knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements.
• Strong writing and analytical abilities for legal research, deposition summaries, and document drafting.
• Experience supporting civil litigation, discovery, and trial preparation across commercial/personal lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-trial and trial support for litigated matters of varied complexity.
• Draft, review, file, and serve pleadings and complex motions; manage discovery and subpoenas.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings; prepare exhibits and trial binders.
