Nationwide Trial Division is seeking a Sr. Paralegal to support attorneys in managing litigation from inception to resolution. This role provides comprehensive litigation support including case management, court filings, discovery, deposition coordination, trial prep, and interaction with courts and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business administration, insurance, or related areas preferred.
• Certification in paralegal studies strongly preferred; insurance litigation experience also valued.
• Typically five years of experience in a paralegal role handling insurance-related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct pre-trial and trial support for litigated matters with varied complexity, including drafting and filing pleadings and complex motions.
• Coordinates and schedules depositions, hearings, and meetings; communicates with clients and expert witnesses.
• Maintains filing systems and supports case management strategy across a team of legal professionals.
• Adheres to attorney‑client privilege, trial strategies and ethics rules.
