Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Paralegal to support the Legal Department in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with litigation support, document review, and preparing memoranda under supervision of the OGC.

Qualifications include a paralegal certificate or JD and at least two years of litigation experience; strong research and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate or JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with legal research tools (LEXIS/Westlaw).
• Familiarity with document review and eDiscovery processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, accurate paralegal support reporting to the OGC.
• Conduct legal research and summarize transcripts for attorney use.
• Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Review discovery materials for relevance and privilege.
• Maintain case documentation and prepare privilege logs.
• Generate reports on case assignments and productivity.
