Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Litigation to join our Franklin, TN team. The role focuses on managing discovery, subpoenas, and trial preparation with independent judgment and collaboration with senior counsel.

Qualifications include an ABA-approved paralegal program or a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of paralegal experience in product liability litigation. Hybrid, in-office schedule is Monday-Thursday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional paralegal experience in product liability litigation preferred.
• Associate’s degree in paralegal studies from an ABA-approved program, or a Bachelor’s degree with certification/experience.
• Notary Public Commission capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct broad factual and legal research and prepare analyses and reports.
• Manage legal holds, discovery responses, investigations, subpoenas, and trial prep.
• Open, maintain, and close case files using case management systems; coordinate with counsel.
