Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years as professional litigation paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Professional Certification as a paralegal from an ABA certified program.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis/Westlaw and computerized research skills.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and litigation support systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in breach of warranty, lemon law and consumer litigation under counsel.
• Supervise outside counsel and coordinate strategy.
• Review pleadings and discovery; support case management.
• Provide training to national and regional consumer affairs staff.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for non-attorney staff and contribute to brand value.
